Is event interpreting right for this?
Platform interpreting is its own discipline. The interpreter works from a stage or riser, often under stage lighting, keeping pace with speakers, performers and audio cues, and stays visible to the Deaf audience without competing with the program. Long programs need a team that rotates to keep accuracy up.
We plan with you ahead of the event: sight lines, lighting, a reserved seating area, and the materials that help interpreters prepare, such as agendas, scripts, slide decks and set lists. On the day, the team arrives prepared and works alongside your production staff.
